Koby was extremely responsive to my requests, his service was flawless, the painting arrived in perfect shape and very swiftly (to Switzerland) and we just absolutely love the painting (we also got the custom frame which I can wholeheartedly recommend). The painting is so much better in person as many reviews have commented. Pictures do not do it justice as it cannot capture the depth of the paint. Fortunately we have a light over the painting which makes a huge difference in the appearance. We had ours framed in the black wood frame through Koby and as he has said on his site this really makes the painting pop. I am happy with the painting as well as the whole process. I am sure we will order another one in the future. Thank you Koby!
